About Me
Hello! My name is Mackenzie Leonhard but everyone calls me Mac, and I am currently living in Florence, Italy.After living in Milan for 4 years we made the change to Firenze. I am from Reno, Nevada but I have also lived in Las Vegas, Nevada, which I also consider my home. I studied Anthropology and History at UNLV and as any liberal arts major I am not using my degree in any way.
I taught English as a foreign language to young children. I started off teaching to all ages and I also tried preschool! It was hard and demanding and half of the time I had no idea what I am doing but I recently gave up the teacher life to try something new. I am a content editor for a savings network, which means I get to do some writing! It's completely new but I am very appreciative of the change.
I am not a professional writer but I do enjoy writing from time to time. Here I hope to share my experiences abroad (the good and the bad) and to let everyone know I am indeed alive. So I hope you enjoy maybe even laugh at my amateur writing. Ciao for now!
